If your question is not answered below, please feel free to ask our dentists!

General

How do the doctors keep up to date on all of the current techniques and materials?

Dentistry is constantly evolving, so we do a number of things to stay up to date on all of the current research. We are active members of a variety of organizations at local, national, and international levels in order to provide a continuum of lifelong learning and education in oral healthcare.

Can you show me what my smile can look like ahead of time with imaging software?

Our computer software system allows us to show you on your first visit what your smile can look like after treatment. We can show you all the possibilities. Being able to see this amazing process could change your perspective. The images we create with our software become part of your patient information. We can print them out and give you the pictures to take home, where you can decide and discuss your treatment before it is even preformed.

Do you accept referrals?

Yes! We always welcome referrals from other doctors, patients and friends; they are our biggest compliment.

What do I do if I have an emergency when the office is closed?

If you have an emergency, please call our office number right away. Our phone message will direct you whom to call for immediate assistance. We provide 24-hour emergency care for patients of record.

How can I ask the doctor questions directly?

This is one aspect we love about our office. We are very approachable, and we want you to ask all the questions you can think of regarding your dental treatment, your opinions, your thoughts, and any other concern you might while in our office. Our entire team is very knowledgeable in all areas, but if you feel you want to talk directly to the doctors, just let us know, and we’ll listen.

How can I safely whiten my teeth?

The Zoom! Whitening system is a scientifically advanced tooth whitening procedure. It’s safe, effective and fast. In just over an hour your teeth will become dramatically whiter.

We also offer bleaching kits for our patients who prefer to bleach their teeth in the comfort of their own homes. Combo kits that include an in-office whitening treatment along with a take home-kit may be your best option. Ask us which system would best suit you.

Crowns, veneers, onlays, inlays and partials… where can I learn more about these procedures?

You may learn more about these procedures by viewing our patient library. There we explain what each of these procedures is and what benefits they add to your dental care. Click here to view our patient library.

I want my front teeth to look better, but I do not want to wear braces. What would you recommend?

For those patients who dislike the look of metal braces, Invisalign offers an excellent alternative. Invisalign aligners are made of strong, clear plastic and are virtually invisible. Because Invisalign uses clear plastic aligners to position and straighten teeth, you can keep your active lifestyle during treatment. And since Invisalign is practically invisible, there’s no unwarranted attention to your mouth.
